TOWN OF CIRCLEVILLE MINUTES
May 30, 2024
The regular meeting of the Circleville Town Council was called to order at 7:10pm by Councilmember Shirl Fox. Council Members attending were: Stacie Gass, Shirl Fox, and Shane Robinson. Mayor Pearson and Kristi Westwood attended via phone. Mekeisia Westwood, Town Clerk was also in attendance.
Public attendees were: none
First on the agenda was the hiring of a Summer Maintenance position. There were 5 applicants. Shane made a motion to approve the hiring of Gunner Eliason. Kristi seconded, and the motion passed unanimously. Councilmember Stacie Gass recused herself from voting.
Bids for lights for the Circleville Town Building were discussed next. There were 2 bills received. Stacie made a motion to go with Bid #1 for the light upgrades in the Circleville Town Building. Shane seconded, and the motion passed unanimously.
Stacie made a motion to adjourn at 7:15 pm. Shane seconded, and the motion unanimously.
